Who We Are
Modern Vanity is a division of BBS Flooring, a GTA-based home renovation company that's been serving homeowners and contractors since 2018. We launched Modern Vanity in 2025 to solve a problem we kept seeing: customers wanted complete, quality bathroom vanity sets without having to piece together a countertop, sink, and hardware from three different suppliers.
Every vanity we sell is manufactured by NAF— one of Canada's leading bathroom vanity manufacturers. Each set ships with the cabinet, quartz countertop, ceramic sink, backsplash, and hardware included. No surprises. No upsells.
We're based in Markham, Ontario. We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area and we're reachable by phone, WhatsApp, and email — usually within minutes during business hours.
