Every set includes: HDF cabinet (fully assembled), engineered quartz countertop, ceramic undermount sink, matching quartz backsplash, and brushed nickel handles/knobs. The faucet, drain assembly (P-trap), and mirror are NOT included.

Engineered quartz — not cultured marble. Quartz is harder, more scratch-resistant, non-porous, and maintains its appearance for decades. This is a significant upgrade over the cultured marble or polymarble found on most vanities in this price range.

No. The countertop and backsplash ship loose (not pre-glued to the cabinet). During installation, you or your installer secures them with silicone adhesive. This prevents shipping damage and allows for precise leveling during installation.

A ceramic undermount sink, pre-mounted to the quartz countertop. It's not a drop-in — it's a proper undermount installation for a clean, modern look.

Yes. Every set comes with brushed nickel hardware (default). You can upgrade to Gold, Matte Black, or Chrome for $8/handle or $4/knob during checkout.

White, Grey, and Blue. Every colour is available in every size (24", 30", 36", 42", 48", 60").

The cabinet is made from HDF (High-Density Fiberboard) with a moisture-resistant coating. It's designed for bathroom environments but is not waterproof. Like all wood-based vanities, avoid standing water on the cabinet surface. The quartz countertop and ceramic sink are fully waterproof.

24", 30", 36", 42", 48", and 60". The 30" and 36" are available in Left drawer, Right drawer, or Two Doors configurations. The 60" is available in Single or Double sink.

Measure the width of your current vanity (or the available wall space). Leave 1-2" of clearance on each side. For tight spaces (powder rooms, half baths), the 24" or 30" work well. For standard bathrooms, 36" is the most popular. Master ensuites typically use 48" or 60".

Not necessarily. If your existing plumbing connections (water supply and drain) are in the right position, an experienced DIYer can handle the installation. You'll need to: mount the cabinet to the wall, secure the countertop and backsplash with silicone, and connect the plumbing (faucet, supply lines, P-trap/drain). If your plumbing needs to be moved, hire a licensed plumber.

Any standard single-hole bathroom faucet (the countertop has a single faucet hole). 4" centerset faucets will NOT fit — you need a single-hole mount. Most modern faucets come in single-hole configurations.

All vanities are 34.5" tall and 21" deep. Width varies by size (24" to 60"). The countertop adds approximately 0.75" to the height.

We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This includes Toronto, Markham, Scarborough, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Ajax, Pickering, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Oshawa, Whitby, Newmarket, and surrounding areas.

Free GTA warehouse pickup (address provided after order). Garage delivery (driver drops at your garage door): $140. Inside-house delivery (driver brings inside your home): $200. Same pricing for all GTA locations.

In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery is scheduled for a specific day and time window.

We're an online-only store — no showroom. Each product page has detailed photos and full specifications. Need a close-up of a specific detail, colour, or texture? WhatsApp us at (647) 428-1111 and we'll send photos or video within minutes.

All sales are final. We do NOT accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or colour preference. We accept damage claims only — if your vanity arrives damaged, photograph the damage, refuse the delivery if possible, and file a claim within 48 hours.

Inspect the vanity BEFORE unpacking if possible. If you see damage, photograph it immediately and file a damage claim through your account (or contact us via WhatsApp). Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Approved claims receive a full or partial refund.

Our vanities come with the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover installation damage, misuse, or normal wear. Contact us for specific warranty duration details.

Yes. All prices on modernvanity.ca are in Canadian dollars (CAD). HST (13%) is added at checkout.
