Delivery Timeline
After your order is confirmed and payment processed, here's what to expect:
Day 0 — Order Confirmed
We'll reach out via WhatsApp or email to confirm your order and arrange a delivery window.
Day 1 — Scheduling
We'll agree on a delivery date and 2-hour arrival window that works for you.
Day of Delivery — Morning Confirmation
We'll send a message confirming our ETA on the morning of delivery.
Delivery Day — Inspection Time
You must inspect the vanity before the driver leaves. All sales are final — report damage immediately.
Typical lead time: 2–3 business days from order to delivery for most GTA areas. During peak periods (spring/summer), allow 3–5 business days.

Inspect Before the Driver Leaves — This Is Critical
All sales are final. If there is damage, you must refuse delivery or document it immediately. Damage claims are not accepted after the driver has left and you have accepted the item.
Delivery Inspection Checklist:
- Outer packaging: check for tears, punctures, or crushed corners before the driver leaves
- Cabinet exterior: no cracks, chips, or dents on all four sides and top
- Countertop: inspect the full surface for chips, cracks, or deep scratches
- Backsplash: check all edges and the face for chips or breakage
- Undermount sink: run a hand across the basin interior and around the rim
- Mirror: inspect glass for cracks; check frame integrity
- Hardware: confirm drawer pulls and door handles are present and undamaged
- Doors and drawers: open each one to confirm hinges and slides function
